What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Develop and implement a yearly comprehensive Marketing and Communications strategy for assigned hotels
- Provide guidance for annual PR, Digital Marketing, and Social Media planning
- Conduct in-person meetings with property teams to evaluate PR performance and social media engagement
- Create innovative publicity programs to increase awareness and positive perception of the hotels
- Oversee updates and maintain property websites within corporate standards
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of five years of experience in a Public Relations capacity, preferably in a multi-property role
- A university degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or equivalent experience
- Advanced media relations experience
- Knowledge of production methods in graphic arts and collateral
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in a Marketing/PR agency leadership role
- Basic knowledge of journalism, marketing practices, and broadcast production methods
- Ability to lead and influence internal and external team members
