Monday thru Friday Paid holidays and paid time off Rapidly growing team with opportunities for advancement Competitive compensation Benefits package Duties You Will Be Responsible For: Answer all incoming calls and route them to appropriate personnel; take messages and send task as necessary for all care centers. Schedule, confirm, and cancel office appointments as patients call in. Work on referrals and import demographics from patient portal. Pick up voicemail messages on a daily basis. Verify patients health plan benefits & obtain authorization, if needed.
