What You'll Be Doing: Be the hero for our Personal and Commercial Lines clients by solving, supporting and delivering standout service. Manage and nurture an existing book of business with confidence and care. Jump into sales opportunities with the backing of a supportive, forward-thinking leadership. Roll up your sleeves and support office operations that keep the team running smoothly. Engage in training, development and local community marketing initiatives to grow business and relationships through your involvement. Unlock bonus potential and salary growth as you excel. What You Bring to the Table: Your RIBO License plus at least 3 years experience working in a traditional brokerage setting. Strong communicator, open collaborator and someone the team wants to work with. Proven customer service savvy with a calm, clear and always client-focused approach. Highly organized, detail-obsessed and deadline-driven. Constant learner with a coachable mindset and able to manage feedback positively by turning it into action. Proactive, not reactive and able to spot the need before it becomes a problem. Experience managing multiple insurance portals and SigXP or other broker management systems.
