About the Role We’re looking for an experienced
Commercial Lines Account Manager
to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing accounts proactively, and being a trusted resource for clients and producers alike. The position can be
in-office or remote , depending on experience and fit.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a book of commercial insurance accounts from onboarding through renewal
Handle policy servicing including endorsements, certificates, and coverage reviews
Prepare and process renewals, marketing submissions, and proposals
Communicate directly with clients, carriers, and producers
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely follow-up on all account activity
Provide high-level customer service and risk management support
Qualifications
Prior commercial lines insurance experience required
Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
(or ability to maintain licensing)
Strong knowledge of commercial insurance coverages and carrier relationships
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
Comfortable working independently in a remote or hybrid environment
Agency management system experience preferred (but not required)
