is seeking to add an Insurance Sales Agent to our team!

The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who enjoys building relationships and knows how to follow through with sales opportunities, while providing superior client service; always putting the clients first. Initial duties include working alongside the Advisor, servicing existing clients, and client relationship building.

Education/Experience:

Associate's Degree

1+ years’ experience working in a fast‑paced, sales‑driven environment

Experience in insurance, financial services, estate planning is a plus

Experience with Redtail and Wealth Box CRM is a plus

Annuity sales experience is a plus

Must be able to obtain a Life Insurance License and Notary Public Stamp

Skills/Knowledge:

Knowledge about programs and able to effectively answer prospect questions

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Self‑motivated

Excellent organizational skills

Demonstrated confidence and skill in public speaking

Responsibilities:

Develop new business and nurture existing client relationships

Assess clients' financial needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions

Present and explain insurance policies and options

Maintain accurate records and workflow using Wealth Box CRM

Collaborate with our financial planning team to deliver integrated solutions

Stay current on insurance regulations, products, and industry trends

Compensation is 100% commission‑based, with earning potential up to $100K in the first year

Hours:

Monday – Friday (hours will vary – 40 hour work week)

Attendance to a few client seminars a month (6pm‑8pm)
