What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing, policy coverage, and policy changes through various communication channels
Take ownership of customer requests, ensuring complete satisfaction
Make informed decisions and take appropriate actions to resolve customer issues
Build and maintain relationships with customers to enhance retention and loyalty
Collaborate with partners to support customers and adhere to federal and state regulations
What is Required (Qualifications)
Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
Working skills developed through formal training or relevant work experience
Ability to assess problems and use standard procedures to resolve issues
Must be located proximate to Phoenix, AZ (within approximately 35–50 miles)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a customer service role within the insurance industry
Familiarity with LEAN concepts and a commitment to continuous improvement
Strong communication skills, with the ability to show compassion and interest in customer interactions
Experience with multi‑channel customer engagement (phone, email, chat, social media)
