Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing, policy coverage, and policy changes through various communication channels
Take ownership of customer requests to ensure complete satisfaction
Make informed decisions and take appropriate risks to enhance customer experience
Build relationships with customers to foster product loyalty and retention
Collaborate with partners to support customers across multiple programs
Qualifications
Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
Property & Casualty Producer’s License or willingness to obtain it with employer assistance
Working skills developed through formal training or relevant work experience
Ability to identify and assess problems using standard procedures
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and partners
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in customer service within the insurance industry
Familiarity with federal and state regulations related to insurance
Knowledge of LEAN concepts and continuous improvement practices
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross‑division environment
Previous experience in a remote work setting
