Our client in the retail industry is hiring a Graphic Designer!
ROLE SUMMARY
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer passionate about creating high‑performing, direct‑response e‑commerce ads. You’ll lead the design of visuals for Meta campaigns, with motion graphics as a strategic tool, while also supporting other touchpoints across email, social, web, and print. This role requires someone who can think creatively, move fast, and consistently deliver impactful assets that drive results week after week. RESPONSIBILITIES
Design direct‑response e‑commerce ads for Meta campaigns, applying design principles that maximize performance. Create static and motion‑based assets for other marketing touchpoints as needed (email, social, web, print). Translate concepts and performance insights into clear design briefs for internal teams and external creators. Collaborate with Marketing, Growth, and Content teams to ensure visual consistency, brand alignment, and business impact. Stay current with design trends, e‑commerce best practices, and platform‑specific creative standards. Experiment with AI tools and motion graphics to improve efficiency and creative output. Manage project trackers, feedback rounds, and deadlines across multiple initiatives without sacrificing quality. REQUIREMENTS
3‑5+ years as a Graphic Designer, ideally in CPG, e‑commerce, or direct‑response marketing. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, with expertise in leveraging and optimizing it for performance‑driven design (Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma required). Strong understanding of direct‑response design principles and how creative decisions impact performance metrics. Experience creating high‑performing ad creatives for Meta campaigns. Foundation in motion graphics (After Effects or similar), applied strategically in ads. Strong sense of visual storytelling, typography, layout, color, and composition. Portfolio showing senior‑level, results‑driven creative work. Organized and able to manage multiple projects and priorities without losing quality. Comfortable working closely with Marketing, Growth, and Content teams, giving and receiving feedback. Bonus: experimental work with AI design tools or advanced motion design capabilities.
