We are seeking a
Lifecycle Marketing Specialist
to develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns that engage, retain, and grow our customer base in our 18+ Zerorez Corporate locations. This role will focus on optimizing the customer journey through targeted email, SMS, and other retention marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and passionate about delivering personalized experiences that drive customer loyalty and revenue. Key Responsibilities
Execute and optimize email and SMS campaigns, automated journeys, and transactional to drive engagement, retention, and revenue across multiple locations.
Implement and analyze A/B tests to improve campaign performance.
Partner with internal teams to tailor strategies for local markets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and initiatives.
Monitor and analyze key metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversions, ROI) to identify areas for improvement or testing.
Share performance insights with Regional Marketing Managers and Marketing leadership.
Manage compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and TCPA
Stay current with lifecycle marketing trends, tools, and best practices to implement innovative strategies.
Requirements
1-3 years of lifecycle and email marketing experience preferred, preferably with experience in B2C
Proficiency in marketing automation tools as well as CRMs
Knowledge of segmentation strategies, A/B testing, and email deliverability best practices
Demonstrated experience in both copywriting and design, with the ability to independently create and optimize marketing assets, proficiency in Canva is a plus
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adjust to last-minute needs in a results-driven environment
Knowledge of CAN-SPAM compliance requirements
Basic HTML knowledge (preferred)
