Vice President of Marketing
to lead the integrated marketing vision for our organization. We are a rapidly expanding soccer specialty company, with 12 retail locations across 6 states, a robust e-commerce platform, and a high-volume team & uniform business. This role sits at the center of our next phase of growth. You will be responsible for growing our brand while preserving the grassroots authenticity that is vital to the soccer community. Own the Omnichannel Vision Develop and execute a cohesive marketing strategy that drives traffic, conversion, and loyalty across brick-and‑mortar retail, e‑commerce, and team sales. Accelerate Team & Uniform Growth Partner closely with our Team Sales division to build B2B marketing programs targeting youth clubs, leagues, recreational programs, high schools, and colleges. Lead Regional Brand Strategy Create localized marketing initiatives across six states that build community connection and regional pride, while maintaining a consistent national brand. Build Strategic Partnerships Collaborate with top global soccer brands (Nike, Adidas, and others) to secure exclusive programs and elevate brand equity. Drive Data‑Informed Decisions Leverage customer insights, performance analytics, and market trends to influence product development, inventory planning, and ROI‑focused campaign optimization. Inspire and Lead Build, mentor, and lead a high‑performing marketing team while partnering cross‑functionally with sales, operations, merchandising, and creative. Qualifications
10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, ideally within retail, sports, or a related consumer brand. Proven success leading multi‑state retail marketing and high‑growth e‑commerce initiatives. Strong strategic and financial acumen, including budget ownership and ROI accountability. A collaborative leadership style with the ability to align sales, operations, and creative teams. Deep knowledge of soccer culture and a strong understanding of the U.S. soccer consumer.
