The Opportunity As an On Premise Territory Sales Rep, you will drive on‑premise sales, distribution, trial, and visibility across NYC. Reporting to the RSM East On‑Premise, you will be the day‑to‑day face of Owl’s Brew for key on‑premise accounts. This is a high‑impact, field‑focused role that involves executing our sales plan, growing key accounts, running activations, and building distributor engagement to elevate the brand.

What You’ll Do

On Prem Account Development (80%) – Build, develop, maintain, and support regional accounts with a focus on NYC.

30 touch points per week and 2+ activations per week.

Support the tri‑state area and northeast as needed.

Work against national and regional mandates and authorizations.

Lead the role for Ace Endico (NE‑based foodservice distributor): set goals; host GSMs; conduct ABP reviews; organize blitz weeks; manage incentive programs.

In partnership with Market Managers, support Owl’s Brew Northeast distributors on Boozy Tea/RTD placements in designated regions.

Develop programs and LTOs to drive business and secure menu placements.

Key Account On Prem Team Support: Admin Role & Learning Opportunity (20%) – Provide sales decks, presentations, and on‑site support to the on‑premise team as needed.

Analysis & Reporting – Identify business development opportunities; monitor pricing, competitor activity, and category trends; provide monthly reporting on sales performance, execution, and ROI against programming.

What We’re Looking For

3–5+ years of Bev/Alc on‑premise sales experience.

Strong existing relationships with NYC on‑premise buyers.

Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, solutions‑oriented, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.

Excellent communicator with presentation skills for distributor and key account meetings.

Organized with strong time‑management and data‑analysis skills.

Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, KeyNote (Mac Suite), CRM tools, VIP, and Karma (a plus).

Willing to work non‑traditional hours, travel as needed, and lift 50 lbs.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
