Schedule and confirm estimate appointments Maintain a full calendar and meet weekly capacity goals Reschedule missed appointments promptly Identify scheduling gaps and recommend process improvements CRM & Administrative Support
Accurately input and maintain customer information Track lead sources, appointment outcomes, and booking metrics Generate daily/weekly reports and maintain supporting documentation Collaborate with the sales team to maximize demo rates (target: 90%) Ensure smooth handoffs and efficient workflows Support continuous improvement of SOPs and internal processes Maintain positive working relationships across all teams Who We’re Looking For
Confident, clear, and professional communicator High empathy and emotional intelligence Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency Self-motivated, ambitious, and coachable Reliable, punctual, and committed High energy, positive attitude Experience in high-volume phone environments preferred Honest, hungry, and humble mindset (client emphasis) Hourly rate: $18–$20/hr Performance-based bonuses (e.g., $5 per demo) Clear opportunities for growth as the company expands Benefits / Perks
