Schedule and confirm estimate appointments Maintain a full calendar and meet weekly capacity goals Reschedule missed appointments promptly Identify scheduling gaps and recommend process improvements CRM & Administrative Support

Accurately input and maintain customer information Track lead sources, appointment outcomes, and booking metrics Generate daily/weekly reports and maintain supporting documentation Collaborate with the sales team to maximize demo rates (target: 90%) Ensure smooth handoffs and efficient workflows Support continuous improvement of SOPs and internal processes Maintain positive working relationships across all teams Who We’re Looking For
