high-energy, results-driven Group Sales Manager
to join our dynamic sales team at this exceptional full-service hotel. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships, closing business, and driving hotel performance.
Key Responsibilities
Actively prospect and sell to assigned market segments while delivering exceptional customer service and driving overall hotel performance.
Develop and maintain strong relationships within assigned market segments, including key community members and influencers, to enhance the hotel’s visibility and financial results.
Negotiate and close group business while consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Create customized proposals and deliver timely, high-quality service in a professional and engaging manner.
Execute the hotel’s marketing and sales strategies to achieve departmental objectives.
Collaborate closely with the Director of Sales and hotel leadership team.
Complete all required reports accurately and within established deadlines.
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Results-oriented mindset with a positive, proactive attitude.
Proven leadership and team-building abilities.
Prior hotel sales experience required.
Marriott brand experience preferred.
Key Performance Indicators
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Drive overall hotel financial performance, including Top-Line Revenue and RevPAR.
Maintain brand compliance and successfully pass all brand QA and compliance audits.
Consistently meet or exceed guest satisfaction score targets.
Support a positive associate experience and team engagement.
Job Type: Full-time
Sched ule: Monday–Friday with weekend availability as needed
