The “Source of Truth” for Our Impact Data Position: Volunteer Google Tag Manager (GTM) Specialist Duration: Project-Based / Ongoing Location: 100% Remote (Global) Commitment: Flexible (Est. 3-5 hours per week)

Are you the person who knows that “data is only as good as the tracking”? Can you debug a fired trigger in your sleep? We need a Tracking Architect to ensure we truly understand our impact.

GoWithFund.org is seeking a technical Volunteer GTM Specialist to join our Marketing & Tech team. We have traffic (thanks to our Google Ads Manager), but we need YOU to tell us what that traffic is doing. You will implement, test, and maintain the tracking infrastructure that powers our decisions.

About Us: GoWithFund.org We are a non-profit building a free, open-source, AI-powered ecosystem . We are data-driven. We don’t want to guess how many volunteers signed up or how many donors contributed—we want to know exactly how it happened.

Your Mission: Perfect Our Measurement You will bridge the gap between our Website (WordPress/Next.js) and our Analytics tools (GA4/Google Ads).

Audit & Architect GTM: ️♂️ Review our current GTM container. Clean up messy tags, organize naming conventions, and implement a robust tracking strategy.

Implement Advanced Tracking:

Set up conversion tracking for key actions: Volunteer Application Form submissions, Donation success pages, Button clicks, and Video plays.

Connect the Tools:

Ensure GTM is perfectly passing data to Google Analytics 4 (GA4) , Google Ads , and potentially the Meta Pixel .

Server-Side Tagging (Bonus): ☁️ If you have the skills, help us explore server-side GTM for better data privacy and accuracy.

Collaborate with Developers:

Work with our Frontend Developers to ensure the Data Layer is pushing the right events and variables for you to capture.

Debug & troubleshoot: ️ Fix tracking issues. If a conversion isn’t counting, you are the detective who solves the case.

This Role Is For You If… You sit at the intersection of Marketing and Engineering.

You speak “GTM”: Triggers, Variables, The Data Layer, and Custom HTML tags are your second language.

You know GA4: You understand how to feed data into the new Google Analytics environment.

You have basic Coding Knowledge: You can read and understand basic JavaScript/HTML/CSS (even if you aren’t a full developer) to implement tracking scripts.

You are Precise: You know that a single typo in a tracking ID breaks everything. You test your work in “Preview Mode” religiously.

You want to solve a puzzle: You enjoy the logic game of setting up complex tracking scenarios.
