Senior Strategy and Operations Lead The Senior Strategy and Operations Lead plays a critical role in supporting the Chief of Staff and partnering with senior marketing leaders to drive strategic planning, performance management, and operational excellence. This position owns key processes such as annual planning, metrics and dashboard development, leadership reporting, and executive decision support.

The ideal candidate is a strategic operator who excels at translating data into insights, building performance frameworks, and creating executive‑level narratives that drive leadership decision‑making. They must be highly organized, analytical, and skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment while collaborating closely with senior leadership. Advanced proficiency in data visualization, executive presentation development, and strategic planning methodologies are essential.

About the Role

Strategic Planning & Performance Management:

Support annual planning processes, including development and monitoring of goals and OKRs, and ensure alignment of priorities across the marketing function.

Metrics & Dashboard Development:

Design, build, and maintain executive dashboards and reporting systems that provide timely visibility into marketing performance and business outcomes.

Executive Decision Support:

Conduct detailed analyses to generate data‑driven insights and actionable recommendations that support strategic decision‑making and marketing optimization.

Leadership Meeting Preparation:

Coordinate and develop materials for quarterly business reviews (QBRs), leadership meetings, board presentations, and strategic planning sessions. Prepare agendas, pre‑reads and summaries of decisions and next steps. Follow up on action items and support escalation of risks.

Executive‑Level Narrative Development:

Create clear, compelling presentations, reports, and strategic communications that translate complex data into executive‑ready stories and recommendations.

Operational Excellence:

Partner with the Chief of Staff and senior leaders to streamline planning processes, improve operational efficiency, and maintain rigorous tracking of goals and initiatives.

Cross‑Functional Project Leadership:

Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement for strategic initiatives, ensuring progress, accountability, and alignment across teams.

About You

Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, finance, operations, or related field.

5+ years of experience in strategic planning, business operations, performance management, or management consulting.

Demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining metrics frameworks, dashboards, and performance reporting systems.

Strong experience with annual planning processes, OKR management, and strategic goal‑setting.

Proven track record developing executive‑level presentations and narratives that drive leadership decision‑making.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) a plus.

Advanced analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights and recommendations.

Strong executive presence with excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across all organizational levels.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple strategic priorities under tight deadlines.

Critical thinker who connects data, strategy, and operational realities into cohesive plans.

Experience supporting C‑suite or senior leadership strongly preferred.

Familiarity with marketing operations or technology industry a plus.

Compensation For any eligible U.S. locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $74,200 USD - $137,800 USD. For Ontario, Canada, the base compensation range for this role is $79,000 CAD - $129,000 CAD. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
