Atlanta-area fire protection contractor
to add a
Fire Sprinkler Designer
to their growing design team. This is a strong opportunity for a designer who enjoys working on
design-build and tenant-fit projects
and collaborating closely with project managers, field teams, and AHJs to deliver compliant, high-quality fire sprinkler systems. All inquiries handled strictly confidentially. What You’ll Do
Design fire sprinkler systems in compliance with
NFPA standards , local codes, and project specs Perform
hydraulic calculations
and material take-offs Coordinate with project managers, estimators, and installers to ensure constructability Review submittals, shop drawings, and as-builts Assist with permitting and plan review submissions Communicate with clients, contractors, and inspectors to resolve design issues What We’re Looking For
NICET Level II or higher
in Water-Based Systems Layout (preferred) 2+ years
of fire sprinkler design experience Strong knowledge of local fire codes Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Clear communicator and collaborative team player Why This Role
