What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Represent the employer and promote the Surgical Portfolio to meet customer needs
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including surgeons and nurses
Develop and implement selling strategies to achieve sales quotas and business goals
Conduct prospecting and lead generation, assisting with product demonstrations as needed
Record and manage sales activities and contacts using Salesforce.com
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or GED required
Bachelor’s degree preferred with 2+ years of experience in healthcare sales or similar field
Knowledge of clinical workflows and hospital environments is a plus
Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; Salesforce knowledge is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with formal presentation abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
2+ years of experience in a sales role within the medical device industry
Familiarity with surgical specialties and devices
Ability to travel 50-75% within the assigned territory, including urban and remote areas
Experience engaging with healthcare professionals to drive product adoption
Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
