What We’re Looking For Simpli.fi is seeking a Junior Partner Manager to support our Channel Sales organization by managing and nurturing a portfolio of lower-tier partners. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who loves building relationships, staying organized, and helping accounts grow. You’ll focus on farming and supporting assigned partners so Channel Sales Directors can focus on high-priority accounts.

Location & Work Hours This role is based in the Fort Worth, TX area, with a preference for candidates who can work from our office three days per week in a hybrid capacity.

What You’ll Be Doing

Manage a book of assigned Channel partners, ensuring they receive responsive, high-quality support.

Build strong relationships with partners through regular check‑ins and helpful guidance.

Identify opportunities to increase usage, expand campaigns, and maintain healthy engagement.

Support proposal creation and pre‑sales tasks for partners as needed.

Assist with onboarding new partners by helping with setup, documentation, and initial education.

Work cross‑functionally with internal teams to get partners what they need.

Monitor account activity and flag opportunities or risks to Channel Sales Directors.

Prepare simple reports, summaries, or insights to help partners understand performance and next steps.

Coordinate small‑scale business reviews or check‑ins with partners.

Help ensure partners are aware of new products, updates, and best practices.

What You’ll Need

1‑4 years of experience in account management, sales support, customer‑facing work, or related internships.

Strong communication skills — clear, friendly, and professional with partners.

Organized and detail‑oriented; able to manage multiple small accounts efficiently.

Comfortable learning new tools and platforms; willing to grow technical skills over time.

Basic ability to review data and identify simple trends or opportunities (training provided).

A collaborative approach and willingness to support senior team members.

Interest in digital advertising, marketing, or media (experience not required, but helpful).

Strong problem‑solver who enjoys helping customers and finding answers.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
