Force Management
The Marketing Content Manager leads the development and execution of Force Management’s key content initiatives across digital channels, sales enablement, and thought leadership. This role is responsible for creating high-impact content that supports demand generation, customer engagement, and brand elevation. Working closely with the VP of Marketing and cross‑functional stakeholders, the manager ensures content aligns with Force’s strategic priorities and resonates with target audiences.
Key Responsibilities Content Strategy & Execution
Lead quarterly campaign content strategies focused on differentiation, customer success, product launches, investor engagement, and customer nurturing.
Develop and manage content focused on differentiation, proof of success, and testimonials for digital channels including website, email, social media, SEO, PPC, and webinars.
Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to identify timely and relevant topics for thought leadership and sales enablement.
Manage and develop content for Force’s SMEs to use in content partnership initiatives, including partner webinars, guest blogs, and speaker keynotes.
Translate complex B2B concepts into clear, compelling content for executive audiences and sales teams.
Customer Communication & Product Content Management
Manage ongoing content updates related to Force’s tech suite and product offerings, ensuring clarity and consistency across customer-facing channels.
Lead the creation and distribution of the Product Update Newsletter, communicating new features, enhancements, and strategic updates to customers.
Coordinate promotional strategies for new product launches, including messaging, campaign assets, and enablement materials.
Ensure alignment between product marketing content and broader demand generation efforts.
Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to ensure messaging reflects current capabilities and customer needs.
Sales Enablement & Demand Generation Support
Create sales collateral and messaging frameworks that support Force’s go‑to‑market strategy and sales team needs.
Partner with Demand Gen and Account Management teams to ensure content aligns with campaign goals and buyer journeys.
Track engagement and performance of content assets to inform optimization and ROI analysis.
Coordinate updates on new marketing content to the sales team, ensuring timely access and usage.
Thought Leadership & Brand Elevation
Support Force Management’s thought leadership strategy through article development, podcast promotion, and video content planning.
Partner with external contributors, conferences, and PR teams to expand Force’s presence in key B2B markets.
Apply for industry recognition and coordinate content partnerships with industry leaders and Force alumni.
Team Collaboration & Mentorship
Mentor junior content creators and support their development in brand voice, B2B writing best practices, and editorial excellence.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Demand Gen, Community, Product, and Corporate Marketing to align content with broader initiatives.
Customer Testimonials
Lead company efforts in marketing customer success stories and proof points for use across marketing and sales channels.
Manage and serve as the internal subject matter expert on Force Management proof points.
Location Remote but must be in the United States.
