JOB DESCRIPTION

This position is responsible for executing sales and marketing strategies for Percival Aviation (PAI), a leading provider of FAA/EASA approved interior commercial aircraft products within the Jet Parts Engineering group. The ability to travel is essential to find and close on business opportunities and grow the revenue of the company while providing excellent customer service and custom solutions to our customer base. The primary focus will be on building stronger partnerships with existing customers and finding products and markets to develop. This position will cover North and South America with key customers located in Atlanta and Tulsa. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Execute sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets. Identify and research potential new product development opportunities, and coordinate with internal and external teams to pursue and secure them. Strengthen partnerships with existing customers to maintain current sales and expand opportunities for PAI existing products Develop comprehensive plans to improve sales and customer service to assigned customers and new potential customers within the region Maintain market knowledge to identify new products and / or new markets to develop Utilize PAI’s information systems to track market, product, and customer activities Provide current and future customers with the best customer service in the industry Ensure smooth new part introduction to assigned customers Provide the new product development team with data and hardware to support evaluation of new development projects Provide the engineering and certification teams with support as required to develop and certify new products Coordinate between engineering and the customer to ensure customer product approval Other duties as assigned EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

1. Experience working in aviation-related role required 2. Motivated, self-starter with outgoing personality is a must 3. Detail oriented with good analytical reasoning required 4. A team player – able to function as member of an extended team operating out of multiple time zones 5. Sales experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment handling multiple product lines with strong emphasis on cross selling, price negotiation, and follow-ups 6. Must have great communication skills, both oral and written 7. Ability to communicate using multiple systems and databases including customer relationship management software. Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) EDUCATION

Four-year degree or equivalent preferred COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary Position, Commensurate with Experience $105k - $115k base, variable monthly commission based on performance. Health Benefits, medical, dental, vision, life insurance options including STD, LTD. 401k plan with employer dollar for dollar match of 4%, eligible after 3 months. Must be able to pass a background check and legally able to live/work in the US without the need for sponsorship in the future. TRAVEL

Must be able to extensively travel across the US 50%-60% of the time. The preferred home base(s) for this position would include Tulsa, OK, Houston, TX and or Atlanta, GA. However, we are open to remote elsewhere for the right candidate, but travel will be essential across the US and possibly South America.
