A vacancy exists at Nashua (Pty) Ltd for a Channel Sales Specialist, to be based in Woodmead, reporting to the Chief Sales Officer. This Vacancy needs a candidate willing to travel between the Vaal, Bloemfontein and Upington.
JOB PURPOSE To act as a direct interface between Nashua (Pty) Ltd, Nashua Franchises and the Channel Sales.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES SALES
Design a strategy that allows Nashua to grow across all our Product stack and to ensure uptake within the Nashua Channel network to create a substantial and sustainable annuity revenue stream.
Identify opportunities and new ways to grow revenue across the Nashua Product stack.
Accountable to ensure that Nashua meets and exceeds their budgets.
Maximize sales performance on monthly sales, budgets, targets and goals.
Ensure that there is a sufficient understanding of all Nashua’s products within the Franchise Channel.
Protect and increase the sales revenue stream between current Customers and New Customers.
Ensure that Franchises demonstrate an understanding and capability of all of Nashua’s products in customer facing situations.
Assist Franchises at customer level to ensure closure of deals.
Ensure that Franchises are aware of all Nashua (Pty) Ltd initiatives, drives and systems and are optimally using or driving these to the full benefit of the Franchise.
Analyze and grow profitability within Franchises as assigned in respective portfolio.
Access the financial health of the Franchise
RELATIONSHIP BUIDLING & NETWORKING
Internal: Executives, Sales, Finance, Marketing, Product, HR, Service Delivery, IT, Project Office.
OTHER ASSIGNMENTS
To perform any assignments when requested to do so by the Head of Sales or the Chief of Sales Officer.
Successful Candidate would be required to travel to Bloemfontein, Vaal and Upington to fulfill the role.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience and Skills Required
Business diploma / qualification will be an added advantage
Minimum of 5 to 8 years’ experience
Knowledge of the ICT environment
Must be able to work under pressure
Must be able to balance risk with business decisions
Attention to detail and accountability
Must be self-driven, innovative and a strong team player and motivated person
