What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Quote and sell insurance products to new and existing customers
Advise prospects on appropriate insurance coverage and options based on their circumstances
Run reports to verify the accuracy of potential insured information regarding insurance and driving history
Explain coverage and payment options to customers
Follow up on unsold leads and service existing customer policies as needed
What is Required (Qualifications)
Must have or prepare to obtain a Property and Casualty License within the first 2 months of employment
Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Prior experience in the insurance industry
Proven ability to multi-task with speed and accuracy
Experience in customer service roles
