What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Quote and sell insurance products to new and existing customers
Advise prospects on suitable insurance coverage based on their needs
Verify accuracy of information provided by potential insured individuals
Explain coverage and payment options to customers
Follow up on unsold internet leads and service existing customer policies as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
Must have or prepare to obtain a Property and Casualty License within the first 2 months of employment
Prior sales experience is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Familiarity with insurance industry guidelines and regulations
Experience with multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
Ability to communicate complex information clearly to customers
