We are seeking a motivated and experienced Wholesale Assistant Parts Sales Manager to support and grow our wholesale parts operation. This role is ideal for someone with strong parts knowledge, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to support sales strategy while maintaining day-to-day operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Parts Sales Manager in managing wholesale accounts and daily operations
Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers
Support pricing strategies, promotions, and sales growth initiatives
Process and oversee wholesale orders accurately and efficiently
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams
Handle customer inquiries, quotes, and issue resolution in a timely manner
Assist with training and supporting parts counter and sales staff
Analyze sales data and prepare reports as required
Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience in parts sales (automotive, industrial, or similar preferred)
Wholesale parts experience highly regarded
Strong understanding of inventory management and ordering systems
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with parts management software and MS Office
