Role Description This is a remote advisory role for a Benefits Sales & Employer GTM Advisor. You will help shape our go-to-market strategy as we sell cancer prevention solutions through benefits consultants to self-insured employers. Your responsibilities will include providing strategic guidance on sales positioning, making introductions to key stakeholders, and offering feedback on messaging and materials. This is a part-time engagement of approximately 2–4 hours per month.
Qualifications
Experience selling into HR and benefits decision-makers at mid-to-large employers
Background in benefits brokerage or consulting (Mercer, Aon, Willis Towers Watson, or regional firms)
Deep understanding of the self-insured employer landscape, ideally 500+ lives
Strong network within the benefits and employer health ecosystem
Experience with wellness benefits, population health, or cancer screening is a plus
Ability to provide strategic, actionable feedback on GTM approach
Compensation Equity-based, with structure open to discussion.
