Mercier Consultancy is seeking a talented Nordic Speaking Consultant to join our client's SaaS & Cloud Computing Department. In this important junior role, you will provide exceptional support and expertise to our Nordic-speaking clients as they explore our Software as a Service (SaaS) and cloud computing solutions. Your responsibilities will center around helping clients understand the advantages of our offerings, thereby ensuring their success with our technology.
As a consultant, you will engage in training sessions, address client inquiries, and solve any technical challenges they may face. Your commitment to excellent service will help build strong relationships with clients and foster their success within our platforms.
Responsibilities
Assist Nordic-speaking clients with inquiries regarding SaaS and cloud computing products Conduct customized product demonstrations and training sessions tailored to client needs Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner Maintain accurate records of client interactions and support requests Collaborate with internal teams to communicate client feedback and propose service improvements Stay up to date with industry trends and share relevant updates with clients Qualifications
Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Finnish, or Norwegian) and English, both written and verbal Excellent communication and customer service skills Basic understanding of SaaS and cloud computing concepts is preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills A proactive and self-motivated approach to learning and development Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in customer support or consulting is a plus but not required A passion for technology and a desire to stay informed on industry advancements is crucial Benefits
