Requirements
Strong verbal communication skills (Outbound calling experience is a huge plus).
Ability to work in-person at our Eagle, ID office.
Availability for a full-time schedule (May include some weekends or evenings).
Compensation $20 - $30 hourly
Responsibilities
The Connector: You will make high-volume outbound calls to warm leads who have already registered on our websites. (No cold calling phone books!)
The Detective: You will ask the right questions to uncover their needs, timeline, and budget.
The Matchmaker: Your "win" is identifying buyer prospects’ specific needs and matching them with one of our top-tier agent subscribers.
The Organizer: You will manage a pipeline of prospects in our CRM, nurture relationships via text/phone, and ensure no opportunity slips through the cracks.
Qualifications
You are resilient: you don’t take "no" personally. You can hear a rejection, shake it off, and bring 100% energy to the very next dial.
You are adaptive: you can chat with a nervous first-time homebuyer one minute and a seasoned investor the next.
You are tech‑capable: you can navigate a CRM, type detailed notes while talking, and manage a calendar efficiently.
