Job Summary Responsible for prospecting and running Auris Payroll presentations both in person and over the phone to small and mid‑sized merchants and businesses to ultimately close deals within a fast sales cycle. As a Field Sales Representative you will report to a Payroll Division Manager and receive coaching from a Territory Manager. Activities include explaining our value proposition to clients via Atlas CRM, upselling current clients on other Heartland products and services, and maintaining regular communication with the Payroll Territory (PTM) and/or Payroll Division Manager (PDM). Your role is to close sales of our business solutions with merchants throughout the area, working closely with your local PDM or PTM to set appointments and present Auris solutions to close sales in small to mid‑sized businesses. After training you will have the opportunity to set your own work schedule to maximize the upside of 100% commission and residuals on the business you bring in.

Responsibilities

Prospect new clients.

Maintain client records in Atlas CRM, including call notes, scheduled interactions and contact information.

Achieve minimum production requirements by setting first‑time appointments and securing a win.

Continuously build knowledge of product portfolio and industry developments.

Attend weekly team meetings and one‑on‑one sessions with your leader.

Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

18 years of age or older.

Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.

Successful completion of a pre‑employment background check.

Must live in the area relative to the job posting location.

At least two years of relevant experience.

Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation and networking skills.

Works well independently and as part of a team.

Incentive‑driven sales “hunter” mentality.

Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity.

High sense of urgency and innate sales talent.

Enjoys cold‑calling and face‑to‑face interaction.

Accountable for measurable, high‑quality, timely results.

Ability to be in the field a minimum of 50 % of the time.

Preferred Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.

Prior B2B sales experience.

Prior experience with a CRM tool such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

Compensation and Benefits

W2 employment with medical, dental, life and disability benefits.

First‑year professionals may expect an average of $90,000–$105,000+ from commissions, residuals and portfolio equity.

401(k) with matching program.
