Superior is hiring a Corporate Communications Associate to help promote our people, projects, expertise, and impact. In this role, you’ll create a range of communications materials, help plan company townhalls, manage relationships with community partners, and promote our brand. This role is based at our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio.
Key Responsibilities
Create great-looking and effective materials, such as fact sheets, decks, graphics, and beyond.
Write clear and compelling executive talking points, company-wide updates, and stakeholder letters.
Help manage and grow our various community and philanthropic partnerships.
Ensure brand standards are maintained across the organization and manage the employee merchandise program.
Manage digital platforms – website, intranet, and social channels – to ensure content is current, engaging, and aligned with company priorities.
Support planning of quarterly townhalls, including agenda planning, content development, speaker prep, and day-of event support.
Your Character Traits
Creative and able to take an idea from concept to completion.
Great communicator and collaborator.
Organized with strong attention to detail.
Your Expertise
Required:
At least 3 years of experience in corporate communications or brand marketing at an agency or in-house.
Required:
Experience with Canva and Google Workspace.
Required:
Strong writing skills.
Required:
A good eye for design.
