Columbus, Ohio Pay Range: $80,000 - $95,000

Superior is hiring a Corporate Communications Associate to help promote our people, projects, expertise, and impact. In this role, you’ll create a range of communications materials, help plan company townhalls, manage relationships with community partners, and promote our brand. This role is based at our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio.
Key Responsibilities
Content:
Create great-looking and effective materials, such as fact sheets, decks, graphics, and beyond
Communications:
Write clear and compelling executive talking points, company-wide updates, and stakeholder letters
Partnerships:
Help manage and grow our various community and philanthropic partnerships
Branding:
Ensure our brand standards are maintained across the organization and manage our employee merchandise program
Digital:
Manage our digital platforms — website, intranet, and social channels — to ensure content is current, engaging, and aligned with company priorities
Events:
Support with planning our quarterly townhalls, including agenda planning, content development, speaker prep, and day-of event support
Your Character Traits
You're creative and know how to take an idea from concept to completion
You’re a great communicator and collaborator
You’re organized and have a strong attention to detail
Your Expertise
Required: You have at least 3 years of experience in corporate communications or brand marketing at an agency or in-house
Required: You're experienced with Canva and Google Workspace
Required: You’re a strong writer
Required: You have a good eye for design
