ROLE SUMMARY We are seeking a dynamic S&P (Strategy & Performance) Manager to lead our annual financial reporting cycle with high visibility to senior leadership, including Supply Chain VPs. This role demands a self-starter with a strong cost leadership mindset, especially during a period of robust transformation.
As the S&P Manager, you will be responsible for delivering clear, compelling financial narratives that inform and influence strategic decisions. Your ability to connect financial data to broader business objectives, and effectively communicate insights through storytelling, will be critical to your success in this high-impact role.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic (10YP) Budget Planning
Develop and maintain comprehensive 10-year financial models that incorporate business growth strategies, market trends, capital expenditure, and strategic initiatives.
Partner with senior leadership to align long-term plans with corporate strategy.
Conduct scenario planning, sensitivity analyses, and risk assessments to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure all assumptions and projections are documented, validated, and updated regularly.
Annual (1YP) Budget Planning
Drive the end-to-end annual budget process including timelines, templates, departmental coordination, and approvals.
Consolidate departmental budgets and translate operational plans into a cohesive financial forecast.
Analyze budget variances and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Develop KPIs and dashboards to track budget performance and highlight deviations.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree (emphasis in business/accounting/Finance or related field)
Computer software proficiency (including: Word, Excel, Power Point, SharePoint), VBA is a plus
1-2 years finance experience preferably in the beverage or consumer products industry
Strong communication, follow‑up, organizational, and presentation skills
Familiarity with syndicated data, software, and measures (IRI, Nielsen, demographic data, etc.)
