We’re looking for a
Client Success Coordinator (CSC)
who serves as the human connector between small business owners, internal teams, and marketing strategy execution. This role blends client consulting, strategic thinking, and strong marketing writing to guide clients from Point A to Point B with clarity, confidence, and measurable results.
The CSC is empowered to guide strategy, make recommendations, and advocate for what will best serve each client’s goals. They stay organized and clearly articulate strategy through well‑written briefs, emails, presentations, website copy, and campaign messaging. Strategic copywriting is a core skill of this role.
In this role, you’ll interview clients to uncover key insights, goals, and challenges, transforming those discoveries into clear marketing strategies. You’ll collaborate closely with a team of experts to bring those strategies to life, then report back on results, data, and outcomes and continuously consult and refine the approach with your clients. You are accountable for client clarity, confidence, and results.
This is not a traditional customer service role. This position is for a marketing‑minded consultant and strong communicator who thrives in client‑facing strategy, execution, and writing‑driven clarity.
Candidate Profile Marketing fundamentals : love developing buyer personas, crafting compelling messages, addressing pain points, and overcoming common objections; confident in crafting marketing messages that align with strategy and brand voice.
People skills : love people; energized by real conversations, comfortable hopping on phone or Zoom calls, skilled at writing genuine, clear, and engaging emails.
Other qualities : strategic thinker, organized, collaborative, open to feedback, eager to grow; thrives in a team environment and takes pride in helping clients succeed through meaningful connection and smart marketing.
