Responsibilities

  • Build and evolve creator strategies that align with division priorities, brand goals, hero products, and category needs.
  • Advise on program structure, talent tiers, budget allocation, and long?term creator relationship models.
  • Convert insights, KPIs, and category dynamics into scalable influencer plans across fragrance, skincare, and makeup.
  • Partner with Integrated Strategy to ensure all programs deliver against division?wide and brand KPIs.
  • Lead a multi?layered team managing their execution of large?scale campaigns across luxury brands.
  • Executing campaigns with key talent relationships
  • Develop direct reports to execute flawlessly across casting, contracting, briefing, approvals, production, and measurement.
  • Maintaining and managing QC to ensure all clients receive flawless deliverables

Requirements
  • 810+ years in influencer marketing, talent relations, or digital strategy, ideally within beauty, fashion, or luxury.
  • Proven success running high?volume creator programs across multiple brands or categories with multiple direct reports.
  • Strong, established relationships with creators and agents, including VIP and celebrity tiers.
  • Deep understanding of luxury brand standards, creator culture, and platform dynamics.
  • Exceptional skill in vetting talent, casting, negotiations, and on?site content production.
  • Strong leadership presence; able to mentor teams and navigate senior?level client dynamics.
  • Comfortable balancing strategic vision with operational precision.
  • Familiarity with creator tools (Traackr, Tagger) and performance measurement best practices.

  • Experience at a marketing?tech or media start?up
  • You're passionate about social media and/or influencer marketing
