What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Sell brokerage and transition services related to dental practice assets, ensuring a superior client experience
Achieve annual sales and service goals established with leadership
Communicate and comply with company policies regarding transition services, including document collection and funding transfers
Develop relationships with dental territory sales managers and train them on services and products
Attend and present at industry-related meetings and coordinate closings for transactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
State-specific real estate licensing strongly encouraged
Condition of employment includes maintaining real estate and/or broker licenses in good standing where required by law
Prior sales-related experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in dental transition or practice financing
Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline
Strong planning, organizational, and decision-making skills
Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively
Experience utilizing database and CRM systems
