As the premier athletic and social club on Seattle’s Eastside, the Bellevue Club is a gathering place for the Northwest’s most celebrated and visionary citizens. Dedicated to the well‑being of its members, the property merges 250,000 square feet of world‑class fitness facilities and four innovative dining spaces with unique recreational, social, and business areas. Members enjoy yoga classes, tennis matches, lunches with family, wine dinners and more. The property is also home to the Bellevue Club Hotel, a luxury 66‑room boutique hotel, and a full‑service spa with cutting‑edge wellness offerings.

The Bellevue Club is looking for a part‑time Salesperson to join our boutique, Eclipse. We are seeking energetic, and sales driven individuals with a passion for fashion and merchandising. Having previous retail experience is a plus. Being proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn and grow with us is the ideal candidate for us.

Eclipse is open 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday and 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturday, Closed on Sunday. Flexible schedule, part‑time hours available. Shifts vary.

Bellevue Club offers a competitive benefits package including:

Pay Range: $20-$21.50 per hour plus 3% commission. Commission is between $50.00 and $200.00 per week based on sales.

Essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Ability to set and achieve sales goals.

Able to quickly assess customer’s needs and skilled at asking the appropriate questions in order to effectively provide guidance.

Portray constant enthusiasm, friendliness, and positive energy with a genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service.

Build lasting relationships with every client.

Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision.

Work with team to keep store in impeccable shape. Assist with stocking, merchandising displays, entering inventory into the appropriate systems, and assisting with purchasing new inventory.

Maintain persistent follow through with tasks and follow up with perspective clients.

Assist with store events, parties and functions when needed.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED preferred.

One year retail sales experience preferred.

One year merchandising experience preferred.

Computerized point of sales system experience preferred.
