SUMMARY OF POSITION Manages projects from planning through delivery. Liaises between project members, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables, requirements, schedules, cost, and meeting plans are communicated. Utilizes appropriate toolsto plan project timelines, tasks, milestones, and deadlines. Communicates schedule and changes to all stakeholders. Plans andfacilitatesproject meetings to align the project team to methods and goals and to track project tasks. Prepares agendas, meeting notes, and project summaries. Monitors task completion status to identifyatriskproject tasks and to develop mitigation plans. Allocates resources, budgets, and hours to the project and adjusts allocations when necessary.

Project & Program Management

Manage projects from planning through delivery, ensuring clear communication of deliverables, requirements, schedules, budgets, and meeting plans.

Develop andmaintaindetailed project plans, timelines, milestones, task tracking, and resourcing usingappropriate projectmanagement tools.

Monitor project progress,identifyat-risk tasks, and implement mitigation plans to keep programs on track.

Allocate and adjust resources, budgets, and hours as necessary across projects.

Plan, lead, andfacilitateproject meetings including kickoffs, weekly status meetings, and deep dives.

Prepare agendas, meeting notes, project summaries, and post-program reporting.

Digital & Product Management

Serve as digital project manager for stock and semi-custom digital product development initiatives.

Manage product development timelines, functionality prioritization, and roadmap planning.

Oversee user stories,requirementsdocumentation, reporting, and technical/security considerations for assigned products.

Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production scenario validation, testing documentation, and Subject Matter Expert (SME) coordination.

Support data-based reporting, analysis, and insights for associated digital products as needed.

Act as a primary point of contact forinternalteams, building strong, trusted relationships.

Partner withteamsto understand businessobjectivesandidentifyopportunities to deliver measurable results.

Guidedevelopment of experiential tactical plans for IRL and/or virtual programs in collaboration with Strategy, Creative, Production, Tech, Digital, andSocialteams.

Manage day-to-day client communications and ensuretimely, clear distribution of information across internal and external teams.

Provide ongoing budget tracking, expense monitoring, reconciliations, and client approvals in partnership with Producers and Finance.

Deliver performance feedback and post-program evaluations to clients and senior leadership.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE EDUCATION

Bachelor's Degree

EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Design, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in project management, account management, experiential marketing, or digital product development.

Experiential marketing agency experience strongly preferred.

Minimum 2 years serving as a primary client contact or account lead.

Experience managing IRL and/or virtual experiential activations and digital products.

Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.

Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and presentation.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability toidentifyissues and develop effective solutions.

Comfortable working cross-functionally with creative, technical, and production teams.

Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, platforms, and technologies.

OTHER QUALITIES + SKILLS

Enthusiasm for creating and presenting compelling design decks, pitches, and client-facing materials.

Passion for experiential and spatial design, consumer journey, digital interactivity, and environmental storytelling.

Creative thinker who understands time management and efficient use of resources.

Professional, collaborative personality that works well across all levels of an agency.

High energy, stamina, and flexibility to work non-traditional hours (nights/weekends as needed).

Willingness to travel up to 50% and work a hybrid schedule (2 days minimum in office).

Ability tolift upto 25 pounds and remain onfeetfor extended periods during live events.
