Marketing & Graphics Coordinator Job Posting Jan. 7, 2026 Saam Architecture is seeking a Marketing & Graphics Coordinator to join our team. This individual will coordinate with Saam’s Marketing Specialist and Creative Director, and support all activities of the marketing department, such as public and private RFQ and RFP responses, management of marketing content, and graphic design. Responsibilities Proposal support and development Coordination of photo shoots Template maintenance Implementation of brand standards Website maintenance support Presentation slide support Brand consistency and template maintenance Manage marketing calendar Candidate must be New England-based. Requirements Ability to deliver high quality work in a remote-first environment Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and graphic Knowledge of Adobe Suite – In Design expertise is a must Excellent writing skills Well-developed graphic design abilities Experience using Deltek Vantagepoint CRM a plus Experience in the AEC industry preferred: 2-5 years Our firm has a progressive, remote-first business model that values the contributions of the entire team and offers opportunities on a wide range of project types.
