Job Details
Were hiring a Head of Marketing to build and run our marketing function from the ground up. This role is heavily handson and operational, with a strong emphasis on organic growth, content, and community.
This is not a brandonly or communicationsled role. The right person will be comfortable building, testing, shipping, and iteratingespecially in a lean, earlystage environment.
This role is hybrid, with inoffice collaboration on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
What Youll Do
- Own and execute the marketing strategy with a strong bias toward handson execution
- Build and scale organic acquisition channels (SEO, content, lifecycle, partnerships, community)
- Develop clear, effective messaging for users, caregivers, and healthcare partners
- Create and oversee content strategy that is educational, missionaligned, and communitydriven
- Support and grow community engagement initiatives
- Use data to prioritize channels, experiments, and initiatives that drive adoption
- Leverage AI tools to increase efficiency across content creation, experimentation, and analysis
- Establish foundational marketing systems, processes, and reporting
- Partner closely with leadership and product
- Hire vendors or contractors as needed (no large team initially)

What Were Looking For
- 57 years of marketing experience
- Direct experience taking a company from Seed to Series A (or similar growth stage)
- Strong organic marketing background (approximately 80% organic focus)
- Experience with content marketing and communitydriven growth
- Comfortable operating in earlystage, resourceconstrained environments
- Highly operational and datadriven
- Handson experience using AI tools to improve marketing efficiency
- Deeply missiondriven and motivated by meaningful impact
