Until now, adoption has been largely organic - the product speaks for itself. The next phase is about telling that story clearly, confidently, and at scale.

As Founding Marketing Leader, youll sit at the centre of product, sales, and brand, shaping how the market understands a new category and helping drive its global adoption.

The Founding Marketing Leader will own how the product is positioned, launched, and communicated to technical and commercial audiences worldwide.

Role Highlights

• Define and evolve positioning and messaging that clearly explains a complex, technical product
• Lead end-to-end product launches, from narrative creation to market activation
• Build sales enablement materials that accelerate enterprise conversations
• Shape thought leadership and content alongside founders and senior leaders
• Own and continuously improve website and external communications

You Will Need

• 8+ years marketing experience within B2B SaaS, ideally at high-growth startups
• PLG experience will be a must for success in this role
• Proven success building positioning and go-to-market strategy from scratch
• Exceptional writing skills across product, brand, and commercial content
• Strong product intuition with the ability to simplify without diluting value
• A handson mindset, comfortable executing at pace without heavy process
