As the Worship Arts Associate, you’ll have the opportunity to work hand in hand with the Worship Arts Pastor and Worship Arts team to bring creativity that reflects our creative God and excellence that honors God and inspires people. You will be involved in everything, from the ground up. You will work with the Worship Arts Pastor to plan sets, lead worship, audition new team members, arrange music, and everything else involved in crafting worship services for Constance. You’ll also get to work alongside the Production Associate and Live Video Director to craft and maintain the audio and visual identity of Constance.
