About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President and Director of Athletics to provide strategic and visionary leadership for its NCAA Division I athletics program. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of 18 men’s and women’s sports, ensuring that the program is in line with the institution's mission, values, and strategic goals. This role demands a leader who can navigate the dynamic intercollegiate landscape, driving innovation, revenue generation, and national visibility while maintaining compliance with NCAA, conference, and Title IX regulations. The Vice President and Director of Athletics will also be tasked with supporting student-athlete success, fostering an inclusive and ethical culture, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance community engagement and institutional pride.

Applicants for the Vice President and Director of Athletics position at the company should have a proven track record in intercollegiate athletics administration, with a deep understanding of the NCAA and its regulations.
