divh2Ophthalmic Photographer- Full-time Days/h2pThe Ophthalmic Photographer reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organizations Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards./ppThe Ophthalmic Photographer is responsible for the technical support of physicians and sub-specialists in the Department of Ophthalmology. This includes various tests such as angiographic and photographic tests to be performed, as well as patient interaction under the direct supervision of the imaging lab supervisor, physicians, and/or other certified staff within the imaging lab./ppResponsibilities:/pulliPerformance and documentation requirements per physician expectations special testing./liliKnowledge of ophthalmic imaging preferred (Color fundus photos, OCT, Fluorescein Angiogram, Slit Lamp Photo)./liliRoom preparation and equipment maintenance, laboratory stock and cleaning./liliOrdering of supplies including laboratory supplies, medications, ocular supplies, instruments, etc./liliFunctions as an integral part of the patient care team and promotes patient satisfaction by interacting with patients in a professional, friendly manner./liliAccepts and performs delegated responsibilities in a positive manner. Offers assistance to others./liliAttends and participates in staff meetings.
