What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build a vision for and scale a high-performance Technical Program Management (TPM) organization
- Oversee planning and execution of technical programs across product and platform areas
- Foster strong relationships with cross-functional partners for effective strategic planning and execution
- Define product execution strategies with clear specifications and measurable success criteriaDrive data-driven decisions while simplifying complexity and addressing risks
What is Required (Qualifications):
- B.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant industry experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical program management or related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in people management with successful team execution
- Proven track record in delivering company-wide technical efforts and managing executive stakeholders
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, with experience in influencing leaders and managing cross-functional teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred
- Over 12 years of experience in technical program management or related discipline
