2 weeks - On camera the ENTIRE training
Contract through January 2027
Responsibilities
Complete 40 - 60 outbound calls per day, meeting retrieval productivity goals, documenting all interactions with the provider.
Schedule meetings for medical record retrieval
Scheduling provider offices using mail, fax, electronic systems, and field‑based methods.
Coordinating with field retrieval technicians to ensure timely and efficient appointment scheduling.
