What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Learn and apply retention sales and customer care concepts, procedures, and methodologies

Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone or ticketing systems with personalized communication

Handle customer-facing duties including billing inquiries, service scheduling, and product returns

Use effective telephone-based selling skills to build rapport and identify customer needs

Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales activity goals while following company-approved scripts

What is Required (Qualifications)

High School Diploma or GED

Ability to ask fact‑finding questions to identify solutions aligned with customer needs

Demonstrated patience and professionalism in all customer interactions

Strong communication and active listening skills

Ability to remain composed and empathetic in high‑pressure situations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Working knowledge of Cable One products and services

Ability to sit for extended periods and lift up to 10 pounds

Experience in a customer service or sales role within the telecommunications industry
