What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Handle and respond to all inbound and outbound customer inquiries with care
Provide exceptional customer and sales service through active listening
Manage confidential customer information sensitively
Strive for first-call resolution by being proactive and empathetic
Assist customers in comparison-shopping and understanding contract terms
What is Required (Qualifications)
Property & Casualty resident license required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
Must be 18 years of age or older
Ability to type at least 25 words per minute and comfortable with desktop computer systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bilingual (Spanish & English) preferred
Sales experience preferred
College degree preferred
