What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Generate and process invoices for agency-billed Property & Casualty (P&C) policies
Validate premium amounts, endorsements, and adjustments before issuing bills
Serve as the primary point of contact for agency billing inquiries
Identify opportunities to streamline billing workflows and enhance efficiency
Assist agencies with understanding centralized billing processes and system navigation
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance billing, accounting, or related financial operations
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in billing/accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, centralized environment with multiple stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance strongly preferred
