This dynamic leader will work with our current team in our STL Region and will be responsible for implementing a multi‑faceted marketing plan. Serve as the liaison to hospitals, medical professionals, and case managers to represent our facility, promote referrals, and secure admissions. Develop and implement special events and presentations targeted at senior communities, hospitals, and the medical community. Conduct tours, meet potential residents and family members, and follow through to convert referrals into admissions.
