Key responsibilities:
Create and maintain HWI (Hardware Interface) Documents for ECUs and direct‑wired sensors and actuators
The HWI documents define the electrical interface type (e.g., LSD, HSD, Half‑Bridge, Analog Input, etc.), all relevant electrical characteristics and requirements of the hardware interface, including reference circuitry to ensure compatibility between the devices
Collect existing interface requirements, analyze them, and propose harmonization and standardization of the hardware interfaces used by Stellantis
Support Tech Review & Design Review with Suppliers and Component owners to ensure compliance with the hardware interface requirements
Work with component owners and suppliers for the successful implementation of the HWI
Work with the Electrical Architecture team to specify hardware interfaces for all architecture components
Analyze hardware interface issues observed during validation and propose solutions
Stay abreast with hardware interface technologies advancements and drive updates/evolutions to HWI documents accordingly
Promote the sharing of knowledge and overall growth of the technical capability of the electrical architecture team through training and other technical material explanations and presentations
Relentlessly drive to early life cycle delivery through an agile approach
Develop a culture of collaboration, diversity, and inclusion
Willing to act and drive results
