Overview

We are seeking a candidate who possesses expertise in power electronics, specifically related to the design and development of components such as inverters, converters, and charging devices. You should be well-versed in the corporate Technology Readiness Level (TRL) process and ensure that requirements are documented and aligned accordingly. Additionally, an understanding of hardware circuitry, failure modes, and the manufacturing process is essential. Responsibilities

As the Power Inverter Module Innovation Leader, you will oversee activities associated with power electronics design and development. Your role will involve collaboration with internal production teams, the Program Management Organization (POM), advanced purchasing, cost engineering teams, power electronics suppliers, and testing laboratories to guarantee adherence to requirements and specifications. You will create and maintain documentation that outlines best practices that support our continuous improvement initiatives and develop product technology roadmaps. Benefits
